Q. How fast can you dispatch my order?
A. Very fast, any orders placed before 5.15pm will be dispatched the same or the following working day.

Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes you can track your order, providing you select a tracked method of delivery.  To track your order simply contact us.  If you selected UK Mail Express delivery your Tracking Details will be emailed to you or sent by SMS for FREE depending on which option you select.

Q. Can I get next day delivery.
A. Yes you are able to get next day delivery for your order as long as the items you require are in stock.  Please contact our Customer Services Team to arrange guaranteed next day delivery.

Q. What are my postage options and can you clearly explain what each one means to me.
A. You have three postage options with your order, unless your order value is over £55, when you will have one postage option which is UK Mail Express (FREE) with SMS or Email tracking notifications.

Your postage options are:

Royal Mail First Class Delivery
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery
UK Mail Express

What do they mean?

1st class -  normally arrives within 3 working days and does not require a signature.  If an attempted delivery is made and you are unavailable then you can collect your order from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, or you can arrange re-delivery online.  You are NOT insured should your order get lost in transit.

This postage option is ideal for low value orders requiring a fast delivery service.  This option is not available should your order exceed £30.

1st Class Recorded - normally arrives within 3 working days and requires a signature.  If an attempted delivery is made and you are unavailable then you can collect your order from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, or you can arrange re-delivery online. Items are fully insured in transit

This postage option is ideal for orders requiring a quick delivery with tracking ability and full insurance should your order get lost in transit.

UK Mail Express - normally arrives within 1-2 working days.  Fully tracked service with email or SMS notifications of your parcels journey.  An option to leave items in a Safe Place or leave with a neighbour.  Requires a signature unless a Safe Place is nominated.  Fully insured for any order value.

This postage option is ideal for fast delivery and flexibility.  Also the best option for deliveries to work premises
THIS SERVICE IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £55.
